The firm was founded in 2023 by David C. Angyal. Dave is an attorney, advocate, consultant and advisor with an extensive background in compliance, investigations, legal research and writing, public speaking, government affairs, and corporate board membership.

Dave started Altitude Legal so that he could use his experience to put together deals, provide sound advice and creative strategies in response to diverse sets of problems, resolve complex disputes in multiple jurisdictions, and advocate for clients to achieve their goals.

Dave is licensed to practice law in the Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of Palau and the State of Oregon.
