Altitude Legal’s founder, Dave Angyal, has extensive experience in corporate law, especially the FSM Major Corporation structure. Is able to assist with all corporate issues, including formation, shareholder agreements, annual reporting, board and shareholder matters, and dissolution.

Altitude Legal advises companies on all aspects of captive insurance, including formation and licensing. Altitude Legal’s Principal Attorney, Dave Angyal, has served as director and officer of multiple captive insurance companies incorporated under the FSM Captive Insurance system. He has worked with captive managers to ensure compliance with relevant laws and allow captives to flourish. He is a member and director of the FSM Captive Insurance Council.

About David C. Angyal
Altitude Legal’s founder, Dave Angyal, has been counseling companies, individuals and international organizations since 2010. His public sector experience includes working as a staff attorney at the Pohnpei Supreme Court and an Assistant Attorney General at the Federated States of Micronesia Department of Justice. He gained further experience in international law while serving as the Legal Advisor to the Western & Central Pacific Fisheries Commission on the island of Pohnpei.
Prior to founding Altitude Legal, Dave was a partner at the oldest and largest private law firm in Micronesia, and served for several years as its Managing Attorney. Dave has represented a wide variety of clients, from companies listed on Forbes’ Fortune 500 and the Nikkei 225 to Pacific Island traditional leaders and progressive NGOs. He prides himself on being a dealmaker and key strategist for clients.
